We are happy to answer any questions you may have by e-mail or telephone (according to our opening hours).
However, bookings can only be made via our "Swiss Ski School" online sales platform or by e-mail.

RESERVATION VIA OUR PLATFORM OR BY E-MAIL
Throughout the season, our staff will do their utmost to satisfy your requests, subject to availability. During busy weeks, we recommend that you book your course at least one month in advance.
No instructor is assigned to a specific customer, except for exceptional reasons.
ESS Grimentz-Zinal reserves the right to modify bookings at any time for organizational reasons. Reservations cannot be made by telephone. Bookings are made by e-mail or via our online sales platform "Swiss Ski School".
A 48-hour waiting period applies to all online bookings. When booking online or by e-mail, you may be asked to confirm your booking. Please keep the e-mail on your mobile.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
With your reservation, you agree to pay the full cost of the service(s) you have chosen, even in the event of cancellation on your part. In the event of your absence at the event, you will still be obliged to pay the costs incurred, and you will be automatically debited, or an invoice will be sent to you.
In the event of force majeure, a request for cancellation may be made in writing to the organization. Only requests with supporting documents will be considered.
The event may be cancelled by the organizer for various reasons: lack of registrations, weather conditions or technical problems, for example. Whenever possible, you will be informed of the cancellation by email. In the event of cancellation by the organizer, no fee will be charged.
PAYMENT
Payment for the services offered establishes the contractual relationship. Both services paid for on site and online bookings are considered confirmed reservations. ESS Grimentz-Zinal guarantees the service only if payment has been made in this respect.
For short-term bookings not made online, cash payment may be made to the guide. In this case, the exact amount must be paid to the instructor/guide before the offer is executed.
ESS Grimentz-Zinal reserves the right to replace unpaid bookings with paid ones.
Course bookings are personal and non-transferable.
RATES
At ESS Grimentz-Zinal, prices are displayed and respected. The school reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.
The price per person includes all taxes and is quoted in Swiss francs (CHF). If you take out ESS COURS PROTECT insurance, the amount is shown under OPTION (1).
BOOKING CHANGES/CANCELLATION
Reservations may be cancelled and/or modified free of charge, with or without ESS COURS PROTECT insurance, up to 7 days before the start of the course.
In the event of cancellation or modification for any other reason or incident beyond the company's control and not covered by these terms and conditions, ESS Grimentz-Zinal is not obliged to reimburse the customer for the service(s) provided.
ESS COURS PROTECT
For customers who have taken out the ESS COURS PROTECT insurance policy, ESS Grimentz-Zinal undertakes to reschedule and/or replace any lessons missed during the customer's stay, subject to availability, and to reimburse any services missed in accordance with the conditions set out below.
CANCELLATION - WITH INSURANCE
ESS COURS PROTECT insurance, available with the purchase of our courses, guarantees the replacement of missed lessons or the reimbursement of the amount paid on a pro rata-temporis basis and in accordance with the LCA conditions in force.
In the event of accident or illness only on presentation of a medical certificate.
In the event of complete closure of the Grimentz-Zinal ski area lift facilities.
CANCELLATION - WITHOUT INSURANCE
Cancellations due to accident or illness must be accompanied by a medical certificate.
In the event of cancellation during the week preceding the course, but no more than 48 hours before the course, the customer must pay 50% of the total amount due.
In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the course, 100% of the total amount due will be charged.
Cancellation of a reservation for a group lesson must be made at least 48 h before the start of the lesson by e-mail (ess-grimentz.ch) or by telephone on 027 475 50 60.
Otherwise, the entire course is due and will be invoiced.
In the event of cancellation of a group course during the course week, an initial charge of the daily rate is automatically deducted from the total payment before the remaining amount is reimbursed on a pro rata-temporis basis.

The ESS Grimentz-Zinal accepts no responsibility in the event of an incident or accident.
