For a breathtaking view of the imperial crown and a taste of local dishes, presented in a way that befits the environment and the chef Davide Esercito who, for this first summer season, is once again focusing on short circuits, local producers and artisans.
We encourage you to discover this magnificent restaurant, nestled at an altitude of 2700 m, accessible on foot or via the lifts from Zinal and Grimentz.
And for those who want to fill up on vitamin D, the Rooftop offers a breath of fresh air and a breathtaking panoramic view.

NEW ON SATURDAY*
To make this season even more special, extended opening until 8pm every Saturday,
from July 6 to October 19, 2024, so you can experience exceptional evenings facing the summits.
*Return to Grimentz village (by cable car only) from 9:30 pm and last cabin at 11:00 pm.

OFFERS LOCAL AND RESPONSIBLE CUISINE NESTLED AT 2700 m
The chef proposes a four-season cuisine that favors short circuits, local producers and artisans to highlight the region in which this sustainable and innovative project is located.
Between land and lake, cold and hot, liquid or solid, you'll find delicious, gourmet dishes made with respect for tradition, thanks to La boucherie de la Vallée in Vissoie, La boulangerie Salamin in Grimentz, La brasserie WhiteFrontier, and Distillerie Morand in Martigny.

Open every day * from 10:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 16:00
Meet us at the top of the gondola, a stone's throw from the restaurant, where the whole family can enjoy the activities on offer (opening subject to good weather).
Ski lifts
FROM GRIMENTZ TO ZINAL
The special feature of this destination is that it brings together two mountain sides, one by its village and the other by a summit, with the finish close to the Corne de Sorebois (2441m).
Each side has direct access via gondolas that take you either to the Bendolla or Sorebois sectors.
We look forward to welcoming you to both slopes, thanks to the Grimentz / Zinal lifts.

VERSANT ZINAL
From June 22 to October 20, 2024, from 08:30 to 16:00, the Sorebois area is transformed into an open-air leisure park with all-terrain scooters.
You'll also find the estate in summer mode, with plenty of food and vitamins on the terraces of the Sorebois restaurant or at the Espace Weisshorn.
And why not spend Bastille Day in brunch mode in front of the five 4000?
