SPECIFIC CONDITIONS FOR BIKE / E-BIKE COURSES

Participation in the bicycle school's offers is always your sole responsibility.
Mountain trails require attention to a number of parameters in addition to driving (shallow terrain, rockfalls, narrow roads, etc.). All participants must exercise a considerable degree of personal responsibility and caution.

RECOMMENDATIONS

The wearing of a certified bicycle helmet is mandatory for all cycling classes and excursions. Appropriate cycling clothing, including gloves and cycling goggles, is strongly recommended.

ESS Grimentz-Zinal does not supply, lend or rent equipment. Please contact the appropriate sports shops.

The Grimentz-Zinal ESS Grimentz accepts no responsibility for the reliability of the participants' equipment.

LIFT PASS

Passes for the ski lifts are not included in our rates. Please bring the appropriate package to you and your children.

INSURANCES : CIVIL LIABILITY AND LAA

ESS Grimentz-Zinal accepts no responsibility in the event of an incident or accident or damage caused to third parties.

The ESS Grimentz-Zinal cannot be held liable for accidents that occur before, during or after the course.
Each participant is responsible for taking out accident and liability insurance.

In the event of an accident during a lesson, the participant's insurance will cover the entire cost of rescue and care. ESS Grimentz-Zinal accepts no financial or moral responsibility in this regard.

The ESS Grimentz-Zinal shall not be liable in the event of negligence, force majeure or an event that the Grimentz-Zinal Bike School could not have foreseen or prevented despite all due diligence.
