MECANICAL WORKSHOP
BIKE AND E-BIKE REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE COURSE
This course is provided by Do-Sports. The technical evening is open to everyone.
During this hour-long course, you'll learn how a bike works from a practical point of view. You'll also learn how to take care of your equipment and what to do in the event of a breakdown or puncture.

Program
- Maintaining your bike: how to clean it and lubricate the chain.
- Key points about tires: pressure and wear.
- How to check: gears, brakes, suspension and wheels.
- How to remove and fit a wheel (front and rear).
- How to repair a puncture (inner tube and tubeless).
- Emergency repairs during an outing and equipment to have with you.
Course duration may vary according to the number of participants.

A maintenance workshop can be organized on request. Subject to workshop and mechanic availability. Price according to number of participants (course organized until mid-October)
